“The 5 star ratings are for the Amazing taco deals They give you plenty of meat and vegetables and it cost only $2.50 Per taco which is a great deal. The rest of the grocery is four stars because the prices are a bit high for the vegetables and fruit. So enjoy the food portion area where you can get fresh food made and you can eat it there with tables and a TV and there’s also a bathroom. Plenty of parking that’s free in the lot.”
“I jus want thank the young gentleman at Aldi that works there since I went today and made a purchase of some items and came home wit out a item I purchase ,went back to store to see if I had left it behind come to find out wit the help of this young gentleman believe store manager that checked cameras and notice someone took it wit out me noticing while I was bagging up my groceries he replaced it for no charge .I really appreciate it !!!”
“This is a great place to shop for groceries and fruits, candies chops and also the low prices and great deals is just the start for this establishment. Lewis fresh market has a lot of fruits and vegetables you will definitely not find in any other basic U.S. grocery store, such as drinks fruits, vegetables and any other canned foods from Mexico, Latin america, the Caribbean and even the Middle east. And yes they have a great deli and fish market great hospitality at the deli....Enjoy shopping here I know I will!!!!”

“Best corn in a cup, tortas, tacos, and burritos! The area is a bit sketchy but definitely worth it. They're really quick! I got a corn in a cup and a torta for $12.50. The food is to go, no seating areas”

“I visited Tony's the other day. Wow, what a remodel. Isles are wider. Everything you needI shop there a lot. But the prices on everything seem much higher. Now, it could be the inflation, or maybe it's to offset the remodel, either way a great grocery store. Love their meat ? and produce selections. Very clean.”
“The home delivery department does very good work. A bag was left out of my delivery. When I called, an employee dealt with it politely and efficiently. Mistakes happen. It's the quality of the fix that matters, and the fix was excellent.”
“Just went there for the first time today and it literally exceeded all of the expectations I thought I had. Everyone was SO nice and smiley, everything was super clean, well decorated. It was like a traditional Mexican grocery store with modern touches and design which was cool to see--you can tell that it truly is a family business and everyone one in the family put their ideas and touch into the store. The tacos were amazing so the coffee bar in the back is next on the list to try. Hope to become a regular!”

“I worked here for nearly a year and recently moved on but I continue to shop here. I loved my coworkers and I had the absolute Best manager ever. Everyone who works there has something to offer and is a good asset!! But too many times actually almost every day we would get terrible, entitled, disrespectful customers that would contribute to making our jobs harder. But aside from that… This store is probably the best Dollar General in Waukegan! I still get greeted when I shop and I’m able to have a good laugh and get what I need.”
