I had a great experience with Grand Appliance. They were very professional and took great care removing and bringing in my new washer and dryer. This is the only facility that I've bought from in the past 30 years.

The sales person (Robert) was wonderful to deal with. Pleasant knowledgeable and efficient. MUCH prefer the Waukegan store over Libertyville store ( which is right down the street from us) far better customer service
