It was not easy to locate it. Only to realize that it was inside the big ole Walmart. Once I found it. The service was friendly and excellent. They were quick and efficient. The place was tidy.

The employees, Rainer and Rachal, are very friendly and professional.
I was grateful to be able to print an important document at the last minute with no other known means to print.
That being said, each sheet of paper is $0.25 to print black & white, whilst it's $0.75 for each color sheet. There is also a flat service fee of $2.50. I get that we just got out of a pandemic, and inflation is a reality, but I remember not too long ago that it was $0.10 per page and no service fee. Seems a little high and next time I will find an alternative or just plan better.

Rainer was outstanding. She quickly greeted and assisted me as soon as I walked up. My prints turned out excellent! Probably the best rep I've seen at any FedEx. Give her a raise!

After going to the UPS store and receiving terrible customer service from a rude employee that gave me an attitude and not wanting to help me with shipping my things. I took my money to FedEx Office instead and the employee there was extremely nice & kind she immediately helped me get the right box size for the items I needed to ship and explained to me the shipping options. I was in and out of there. The process was so smooth, fast and simple. I’ll definitely be going to FedEx for all my shipping needs. I 100% recommend going here! Excellent Customer Service!!!!!

I drove to the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center in the Walmart in Fountain Square, for the first time today. I called first, and got this a very pleasant young woman on the phone by the name of Rachel. She was so attentive and professional, I decided to drop my very important package off there instead of at another FedEx site. Rachel greeted me, proceeded to assist me with my return. She answered all my questions about the process politely and with knowledge of what and how it worked. But what really impressed me was her kindness. Not only was she a lovely young woman on the outside, she exuded a calmness, patience and beauty of soul that really struck me. And having taught school K College, and dealt with young people both professionally and intimately for over half a century, I know them well, and how they can be. Well, Rachel is a bright star; and in a sea of meanness and hatred in our modern world, she stands out. I know she will go far, and I hope FedEx realizes what a gem they have in their employ.

How you gonna have a 9am open time and I am standing here at 10am and no one is here. There is no note on the gate that someone left and will return soon or nothing. Just someone decided not to show up for work, now myself and another lady standing here like goof balls trying to get what was suppose to be a quick thing taken care of. Don't come here if you don't want to waste your valuable time.
