I have gone here 3 times to try and get work done. The first time no one was at the front and even though they saw me they never came to speak. The second time I went because he told me the repair would be $60. I went there & he took my truck into the dock. When he was done he came back saying he had to put my truck back because it was more work than he thought so it would be $150. Now I come back with the $150 and he says it will be $350. Each time we spoke it was with an attitude and he is clearly making up these prices as we go. I am done trying to keep my money with the small businesses and I will head to one of the more established places.

Fausto is one impatient pile of aged leather. He was getting desperate to finish mounting my rims after fitting them with some tires and stripped one of my lugs in the process. He was also shouting in Spanish saying "all these stupid customers want are prices first and then want s*** done"

He tried stealing my Catalytic converter! Unprofessional and very rude! When I asked him what's he doing he told me to get the f out of the store!!! Would not recommend him!

Marvin always takes care of our cars. He works on my benz,my wifes lexus, and even my drag car! Always does quality work at fair prices. I usually drop my car off in the morning, get a call later that day with a quote, and the car is usually done the day after my quote. I Highly recommend talking to marvin about any automotive needs.thanks for always taking care of us marvin!

Went in to get a price quote. No one was at the desk to help at all. When someone eventually came, they were very unprofessional. They used inappropriate language with me when I needed a receipt. They filled it out but still treated me with attitude. I was very professional and nice to the mechanic but the mechanic lacked customer service skills needed. If Fausto has staff that talks to customers with very inappropriate language they will continue to lose business. When people tell me that they are going to Fausto I tell them not to because of the type of language their employees use towards customers. Very unsatisfied
