My dad has used this company for insurance previously and he also had an issue with the whole billing situation. Same thing happened here with me where at first they took double the money saying I had automatic payments from my dads account and I didn’t I always did it manually on previous payment. He was able to get a refund. Then when I made my payment last month, it showed $405 on the app which I paid. Then I got a notification through my email and it said that I hadn’t made a payment. It’s not the first time that the app had switch from $405 to $415 which is not my fault that’s an issue with that, I’ve even mentioned that to my mom that switches back and forth. My dad called pissed off because of that they said that they tried taking the $10 from my bank account and that my bank declined it, and I was also given the choice to pay those $10 or look somewhere else which I did. Still hopefully I get those $300 dollars that they said I was getting back, if I did ended up going somewhere else. I also checked on my account and it showed it declined $415 not $10, so that’s also quite odd. I tried to communicate with them through email as well usually dont answer. Overall just terrible customer service and dishonest.
Edit: the issue wasn’t my bank it was your app that kept changing from saying $405 and $415, I just paid what your app said not my bank. My bank declined the other part bc I did have funds, but it showed that $415 wanted to get removed not just $10 which is why my bank declined. The insurance my dad has isn’t for his approval it’s my brothers. Wish you guys where as quick to answer through email and not having to leave a review
