The last couple weeks have been really hard for me, I walked into EZ Pawn with a chip on my shoulder. Let's just say that chip is no longer there... all because I met Amber. She is a breath of fresh air! She was attentive, straight to the point and HONEST. The world needs more people like her. She doesn't sugar coat anything and gives it to you like it is... Thank you Amber's for brightening my day!! She deserves a raise!
Ohh yea one more thing... anyone that has anything bad to say about her really needs to take a good long look in the mirror!! Don't get mad she gave it you the same way you gave it to her!

Caprice is the most outgoing professional employee in the store she gives you her all and makes you feel welcome. She should be a store manager. She knows her job well and when you get a loan on your merchandise, she doesn’t make you feel Belittled like other people do she will get you what your merchandise is worth So you can pay your bills and it’s not too much that you can’t come back and pick up your merchandise. I feel like she will make a wonderful store manager, and I would love to go to her store one day if she does become one. she always greets you with a smile and always says thank you for coming when you leave. This one of the best pawn shops I have ever been to, they offered me a great deal for my products, as well as provided great customer service. Alyssa was awesome in making sure everything was handled properly, and Andres took good care of my things until I came back to get them, and Myka was a great support in just provide exceptional customer service! I'd definitely come back in the future if need be!

They were basically nice enough but I asked multiple times to see rings in the case and everyone tried to pass it off on the other. We came back and tried again and still they were "too busy" to help a potential customer. They also lowballed us on the price of the items we sold. We won't be back.

Waited for service for 15 minutes while an employee was working on something else and they closed after 20 minutes and kicked me out even though I knew what I wanted to purchase and waited in line
Staff not very friendly
Would not recommend this location
Go to the round lake location instead they are always great over there
