Antoinette was very friendly and helpful! She was able to answer all my questions.
Edit: I was given my truck with little under 1/4 gas. Never have I ever been given a car we just bought with almost an empty tank. I told one of the workers and said they would fuel a bit more but they would not fuel it all because they don’t get that money back. They DID NOT fuel it and we just left after waiting for someone to come out.
We also looked at another truck and they were asking for too much with all the rust underneath and the imperfections. The sealant was disintegrating underneath. They claimed that’s how Canada sealed it. It looked like someone just sprayed sealant on top of the rust.
PLEASE, if you go get a car there have someone do a FULL inspection!!! From motor to inside, bottom and the paint!

We have now bought our 2nd car from Elite- out “trusted advisor” was Patricia this time and Lenny was the sales manager- they were both very easy to work with, fair, explained all aspects of our new Jeep and the pricing. No gimmicks and just all around good people to deal with. Also, we love our new Jeep and it is the best deal around the Chicagoland area. We will be back for our next car! Thank you Patricia for making helping my wife get her dream jeep wrangler and making the process so easy! ??
