The man in the store did an initial check on my phone and gave me multiple options from full repair, partial repair, and a replacement phone that I got to test in store right away. He was open about the costs of each and did not intimidate me in making a decision. The respect and honesty made an impression on me and I will definitely return with any electronic repairs I will have in the future.”
