Space between tire and rim was leaking air and it was repaired and also got an alignment on a different car. Service was quick and staff was friendly!

Called them a day before to check the prices for an oil change and inspection. I was told the oil change is $70 and the inspection was free. They told me I can bring the car in the morning, no need for an appointment. My husband bought the car in and was told there’s another location that they failed to mention over the phone. Once he got to the correct location, My husband told them an oil change and inspection was needed!!! When he picked the car up, we was charged an additional $70 for a wheel alignment that we NEVER ASKED FOR!!! And the inspection was never done. Never again!!! And the customer service there sucks!! We knew exactly what was needed for the car and they decided to do extra and blame us for it!! BS ‼️Service: Oil change

DO NOT COME HERE...SCAM!!! Went in for brake pads and rotors changed took 4 hours and when done mechanic took my truck out but came right back in with my truck It was making a horrible noise he said that my hub was broken and supposedly my control arm needed to be replace.HOW CAN YOU NOT TELL WHEN REMOVING THE WHEEL THAT IT WAS BROKEN UNTIL YOU WHERE DONE??? The truck was worser than how it was when I took it. I left Called back once I got home to ask if it was save to drive the guy recommended only local. WELL MONDAY I TOOK MY KIDS DOWN THE BLOCK TO THEIR SCHOOL AND MY TRUCK JUST WOULDN'T RUN.I FINIALY TOWED IT TO MY NORMAL MECHANIC AND MY TWO CALIPPERS ENDED UP BROCKEN AND MY CV AXLE AND SOME OTHER STUFF THE MECHANIC AT MY SHOP WHERE I NORMALLY GET MY STUFF DONE TOLD ME THE TRUCK WAS NOT DRIVABLE AND EVERYTHING WAS BECAUSE I DROVE IT. IT WASNT SUPPOSE TO BE DRIVEN. I KNOW YOU GUYS BROKE SOME OF MY PARTS ON PURPOSE SO I CAN GO BACK AND. I ALSO KNOW THAT IT ONLY TAKES 30 TO AN HOUR TO DO THE JOB THEY DID!!! STOP FLAGGING MY POST I DONT MIND POSTING EVERYDAY!!!Service: Brakes

This Place Is Fool, Never use them, my was dropped off to them I had four brand new tires to be replaced, only two was replaced at the time but I was charged for all four, had to make them put the other two on the car, then as was driving to Chicago the next day my started to shake really bad so pulled over to look at the car nothing looks wrong but it was started driving more to Chicago the car started shaking again at 50mph had to have towed to another shop as I explained to the new shop he said I'll look over it I said told the new shop owner let just replace the Sturt and Shocks he said no its not that the new tires didn't get balance out the right way, when back to don's to explain what happened and for a refund Don's his self said I don't refund people money you should have brought it back to me and I said why when you didn't do right the first time, My words to anyone please don't use this shop

Hey got 1200 from us to fix our car and yet all the lights on the dashboard still on, and some how the automatic start no longer works but he say he didn’t do anything to it, said it was a coincidence it no longer works, please stay away from this place!
