Absolutely LIVID
I have a young child with the flu, I stopped on the way back from the hospital to pick up his prescription and was handed everything and just told goodbye.
I get ready to give it to him and they never mixed the medication.
It’s the kind that comes in powder inside a bottle and they are supposed to mix with liquid before giving it to me. I spent 20 minutes trying to call somebody and all I get is an automatic system and no way to speak to a live person.
Now I have to pack up all my young kids including the very sick one AGAIN to get this fixed because of your negligence. If you can’t keep up with demand you should have never closed the Washington and Lewis locations this is absurd

I have continue to ask the pharmacy to put the easy open caps on my prescriptions and every time I re-order they continue to put the child proof caps on

Terrible place, they give very bad service, I bought a product, I tried to make a return and they told me that they couldn't help because they don't take any return, so think twice before going to buy something, apart from being unfriendly, now I understand why they are closed. so many cvs locations

Erica is great, I am new here and considering moving here! But I found myself outta meds, and in a panic!!!! But it was Erica to the rescue! She’s kind, knowledgeable and wants to help!!!! She cannot be beat!!!!

They didn't let me return a product, the cashier was super rude and racist, she opened the return product and said it was used, opening it in my face and tearing it, I don't recommend this site.

It’s been a long day and I have a sick child. I’m also sick myself. The other Assy no longer takes my son insurance which they should’ve told me before. I dropped all my sons or prescriptions to be filled with them. I go over to the CVS at 5:40. I wait in the line until 550 when I finally got seen a young man walked up from the back wearing a white T-shirt, no name tag and said hi how can I help you? I gave him the prescription there was four of them to be filled and he said well we’re about to close and I’ll put these in the system but you won’t be able to pick them up until in the morning. I told him that that was fine. He then stopped me and said well if your new here you should just come back in the morning because I don’t wanna lose these four prescriptions and I’m like how would they get lost into them into the system like you just said you were gonna do he’s like well we’re closing and they won’t be being entered until in the morning so I suggest you come back then and walked Away. Just wanted to Let you guys know that his customer service is lacking and I’ve worked in customer service for years. Horrible Horrible Horrible I will be taking my prescriptions to the CVS in Lake Bluff tomorrow. I wouldn’t dare come back to the store in Waukegan.

Love this location. Walked in to use the restroom, happened to talk with a manager and was given a $5 gift card.Was told that it was a kindness promotion.It's open to everyone if they make sure to ask for a manager and ask to use the bathroom. Go use the bathroom and track down the manager that you asked they should be more than happy to give you the gift card. I am so excited I forgot the name.
