We just moved from Ohio. Before we moved I asked our dealer in Ohio for a new Key Fob and to program it. While the Ohio dealer was able to get our Key Fob, they tried for 3 hours to program it and were not successful. I moved to Gurnee and came to Classic Kia to get my Key Fob programmed. Jose estimated the work time for 30 minutes, and was done in 20.
I have had Kia’s for over 10 years. Compared to other Kia dealerships I have been to in 3 states, this one is the largest and by far the best. We will be coming here for our Kia’s service and for new deals.

Went to ask why my 8month old car had check engine(newcar). They said they cant do anything unless to do oil change first and need to pay $120 for change oil. And need to drop the car in-order to figure out what the check engine light about? Went there and asked to make an appointment but the young guy said no need an appointment just came early in the morning and leave the car. Next day went back early in the morning, first in line and they still closed and wait to open. When my turn came, they cant do it unless do the change oil first and leave the car. I said I came here to figure out what the cause of check engine light on not to have change oil. Again they said sorry we cant do it you to make an appointment to do that, I said I was here yesterday and ask that young guy that I can make an appointment but said its not necessary. Well im so upset, they just wait my time, driving from Mundelein to waukegan for nothing. And i was mad that the team leader didn't do nothing instead he acknowledged that his team member is right. Instead to tell him to do there job properly.
Buy the way I went to do change oil to my usual branch and it only $60+$20 tip, it cheaper than KIA Waukegan.

I had a stress-free, very positive experience purchasing a new car with Kayla. After I reached out on their website, she was super communicative, answering all my questions and providing updates on what models they had in stock. After wasting so much time with shady salesguys at McGrath Kia in Palatine, I greatly appreciated how honest and straightforward Kayla was, not trying to sell me additional warranties/ services I didn't need, and honoring the price listed on the website as a starting point for negotation. She also helped me get the maximum amount for my trade-in. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another car with Kayla.

My salesperson, Jennifer Pratt was very helpful! She provided answers to all my questions and made me feel good about my decisions about the cars she showed me. She even got her boss involved in keeping me “entertained when I had to wait a little longer than had been planned. She’s great! Thank you Jennifer!

brought my car in told them only a check up and tire rotation, instead the guy decided to do a oil change no tire rotation and tried telling me my new tires needed to be replaced and therefore they won’t rotate them. When i asked why i got an oil change he tried acting slow and tell me that’s what i asked for.

We had the best experience at CLASSIC KIA. Jennifer, Sean, Nugget (the dog mascot) were so accommodating to our needs & flexible, without being overbearing .
We got more for our money than expected.
I wouldn’t hesitate at all referring them to others.
They are a unique car dealership to work with. Quite refreshing.

I can not say enough amazing things about the classic staff. I began working with Mark who is the manager at Classic Toyota. He referred me to Leo who was so kind and patient when looking at vehicles that might meet my needs. I was curious to look at a couple of the Kia models, so Leo walked me over and referred me to Kia expert, Kayla and her manager Sean. They were absolutely incredible! They were completely transparent through the entire process and helped me to make the best purchase decision for me and my family. I can not thank them enough for all their help, care and professionalism. I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a car to head over the Classic Kia and ask for Kayla. You will be taken care of!

I had the most amazing wonderful and low pressure experience in my life when purchasing a car at Classic Kia in Waukegan. Kayla was amazing, knowledgeable and actually took the time to listen to me and my needs which is rare in any business today and made me feel like a valued customer who was part of the Classic Kia family as well. Sean was amazing as well and popped in at just the right times to say hi, check in and see how things were going and if we had any questions for him which Kayla had all answered. Even Finance was low pressure as Lee did an outstanding job explaining all the options and let me choose what extras I wanted rather than use pressure to force me to buy what I didn't need. Overall a JOB WELL DONE BY ALL. One more thing I can't forget Nugget the adorable dealer pup mascot. Definitely sealed the deal for me. I highly recommend Classic Kia to anyone looking for a car for an experience unparalleled to any in my lifetime. I rate it 5 out 5 stars. :)

I am very happy with my experience buying a new Kia Forte GT-Line at Classic Kia. Kayla helped me with photos of the vehicle via text and she setup a convenient time to test drive it. From start to finish, she was my guide through the process. It has been over 17 years since I have purchased a brand new vehicle for myself. Kayla walked me through all of the new features found on the vehicle and made the negotiation process painless. This was the absolute best experience I have ever had in working with a car salesperson. I left the dealership very happy with my purchase and the entire process. I highly recommend Classic Kia and Kayla specifically if you are looking for a new or used car.

I had a great experience buying my Kia Forte from Kia Classic! Kayla was very helpful and professional throughout this entire process. No games or tricks, everything was very straightforward. She even helped us out by sending pictures and information about the car while we were out of town, which made us feel confident in our purchase.
