I was told they would not be able to open an account because they had one other person waiting and also the "snow storm"? What does a "snow storm" (aka light snow during winter) have to do with opening an account??? Another example of Waukegan's fine establishments!

The door to get to the inside atm doesn't unlock with a Chase card. Not sure why. Rarely has all 3 outside ATMs functional. Just lazy and outdated I guess

This bank in Waukegan sucks I been to the one in round lake and that’s a 5 star bank Waukegan is garbage the Hispanic guy with glasses is un professional instead of helping a customer he wants to bark orders like okay if they got appointments why don’t you just help me open a account and get me on the way

Outstanding customer service job LEX . Went in for a bank statement this morning, so I can get my Illinois drivers license couldn’t get one from my checking account but she did research and get one from my savings with my current Illinois address!

Save your time and energy. Probably one of the rudest Chase banks I have ever been to. Not only do they go at snails pace, they have some of the worst attitudes… it’s chase bank. Go to the Gurnee one instead. Chase needs to scrap all these employees and just start again.

Probably one of the worst chase locations in the area, you’ll be lucky if 1 ATM works in the drive through. Also the card scanner to use the ATM inside is broken as well. It’s been like this for over as well.

In the beginning this branch, was thriving made it in the newspaper as a hud location and picking up alot of business accounts from fellow rival First Midwest Bank, they would print out a new atm card there if lost and the coin machine easy access , just bring the change the machine would count it, now it has too be roll up.. plus losing the ? at Walgreens... with the area growing and new business, I would love too see this go back too the old ways.. I've been a member for many years..

There atm's are a joke they have 4 of them half of them don't work half the time. U can go inside but the card never works for anyone, u would think that they would hire someone that has half of a brain and make sure things are working right

This is the closest branch to my home but it is very unprofessional I have been in this branch about 6 times and they never have a banker or someone to assist in urgent matters if they are not making comission of you they wont assist you and have you wait there for an hour.

I've had it with Chase banking. Apparently they've received an email not accepting expired ID'S yet we can't get new ones due to DMV being closed due to covid. So basically you can't withdraw any funds. Which is quite ridiculous, how does chase expect us to use our funds. And yes I do have a debit card. No excuse to Chase blocking us from having any access to your own account and terrible service. The branch in Waukegan has the most terrible service. They do nothing but read you a script. But I'm sure if I was another race they'd would have let me withdraw. Nothing personal though. Maybe better training for your staff and keep personal comments to themselves. But nothing personal

The atms are never working, one is always down which makes the longs long and they never pick up.
