Very disappointed with the service today. When I asked to speak to banker, they just directed me to one of the lines to deposit. The man in the from did I not even acknowledge what I was asking.

So i hardly ever give reviews but the service at this bank got me there.The banker seemed unknowlegable about perosnal accounts. Luis sosa needs more customer service training

I was told they would not be able to open an account because they had one other person waiting and also the "snow storm"? What does a "snow storm" (aka light snow during winter) have to do with opening an account??? Another example of Waukegan's fine establishments!
