Imagine paying for a service and then no service is applied ? now your just left with a device with no service ?♂️ add insult to injury i keep getting told "we will resolve it in 24 hrs sorry" again & again ? that's the experience at Washington & Lewis. Enjoy the 5 kids running around and screaming

Be aware, I purchased a case for my father and got the wrong case. I came back to exchange and for the right case. I didn't want any money back but they wouldn't exchange the case because I didn't have a receipt. All I wanted was a simple exchange. Terrible. I suggest going elsewhere for accessories.

I came here to buy an internet plan and when I purchased my plan I was told I was paying for the first two months of service but after the first month my service expired. When I called and asked they said I only paid for the first month. Why was I told I was getting the first two months if I’m not? I’m disappointed that I was misinformed.

Very rude and assuming that the customer cant afford to buy an expensive phone i went in trying to boost up and she offered me all the cheapest phones i told her i want an iphone 11 or 11pro or a galaxy s20 she kept saying we have a galaxy s6 or s8 or a stylo 5 then she entered my pin wrong and then told me that sorry bu i couldnt boost up until an hour cause the system locked her out it was two girls and both were of no help oh and then she made the coment of oh u need a credit card by the way and i looked at her and told her and whats the problem its not nice to assume people cant afford to have a card or cant afford an expensive phone have to give them a customer service lesson ...... I will not go to that location again sorry....

This store is somehow ALWAYS closed. I don’t bother to even stop by anymore. I have to go to the one on Belvidere. I’ve tried to go about 5 times, and somehow they always have an excuse. Their hours don’t match. Last time they said the internet was down. Really?

Lady here super rude to my child, she was talking to my son worst than I would! You don't talk to someone else's child like that... plus they charge $25 for activation plus so high taxes... for a $79 phone they wanted me to pay $118... won't be to this store or to boost mobile ever
