This the worst Boost Mobile ever! They much get paid to work there for free because they’re never there or open, always a sign on the door saying will be back in 15 mins, I sat outside 30 mins and nobody still showed up!

After being a customer for several years I ask the store to provide my 9-digit account number. They said they have no access to my number and would charge me $15 to call to get my account number. After I called support myself, they said in no way was that acceptable for a store to charge $15 to access my account number. Do NOT go to this location.

The three Hispanic teens “working” at the store were not helping a customer of color.She complained about it as she left.At that time they literally put ALL THE BLACK PEOPLE PRESENT OUT OF THE STORE!!!!!10 thumbs down.Totally unacceptable and probably illegal

I buy a "NEW" phone to replace the phone my son lost. I buy the phone but do not have them activate it. I realize I bought the wrong network phone. I go to return it and see they have a no return policy unless its defective. I say ok just activate the phone then. They tell me I am going to be charged a reactivation fee. I'm like why I just bought the phone from you and its never been activated. Then she changes and says oh since you didn't activate it right away its now a bring your own device fee. She then says I can avoid the fees if I activate it myself. I take the phone home to activate it. First things thats wrong is the serial number on the box doesn't match the phone, which they opened in the store during the purchase. Then the website tells me that the "NEW" phone I just bought has already been activated and I must pay the reactivation fee she originally told me about. At this point I'm just frustrated and say whatever just activate my son's phone. Then the website tells me that it cannot activate the phone because the phone doesn't work for their network. I take the phone back to the store and explain all of this and ask why the serial numbers on the box do not match the phone and why does it say this phone has been previous activated when it was supposed to be NEW. Her only response is I don't know what would you like me to do activate the phone for you or you can wait for my manager she comes in at 3 (it was noon). I reluctantly say yes activate the phone. She attempts to activate the phone and cannot and tells me the it's defective. Then tells me I have to buy a new one. At this point I'm just done and advise that I will be leaving the phone and disputing the charge because you just told me the item was defective and you have a 7 day policy for defective products but want me to pay because you sold me a used defective phone. I would not recommend this store. They lie and swindle and have terrible customer service.
