The General Manager Ady at the Boost Mobile store is a true blessing!!! I transferred from Xfinity to Boost and she made the experience smooth and pleasant! A true professional in every way. If this is the way a customer is treated with Boost, I'm glad I switched. Thank you Ady! And thank you Boost for having her there!!!!!

Very bad service from the manager, he made a mistake in my vision by not adding the services I asked for and then he said it was my fault, I asked him to please fix it, he raised the price and yet he told me that I had I have to wait longer (1 month) to add well, I don't accept mistakes and the way he treats people is very bad, no customer service or education and he still makes fun of me when I leave the store and since I bought from him there He had an iPhone 14 cell phone and I paid cash for it and it still makes me upset. Ami, very bad service, the truth is, his name is Luis ?

Bad Customer Service! Bad attitude. No friendly service at all! Boooooo lost a customer bye ??I wish Lupe was still there Because that awful guy Luis does not do his job well! ? He messed up the account bad he does not know how to do his Job right. Not Professional at all ???
