“Rick, the owner, is excellent, just incredible. My Audi had significant bodywork that needed to be done. The dealership suggested a place in Lake Bluff that was WAY overpriced and wouldn't even take my car for three months! My wife and mother-in-law had both brought their vehicles here and were happy with the results. Not only was Rick able to take care immediately, but he could also source the parts needed for the car quickly. “The reviews are spot on! I needed a PCV valve replaced, and it was in a tricky spot that required removing my car's manifold (several hours of labor). Every other shop I checked quoted twice the price, but Igor (the owner) saved me $300! Since I live in Deerfield, he even offered to transport my car to and from Waukegan. When I tried to tip him he refused; that's integrity!
Just note they only accept cash and if you want an invoice you'll need to ask. Otherwise, it was fantastic service from Igor!”
