“Rick, the owner, is excellent, just incredible. My Audi had significant bodywork that needed to be done. The dealership suggested a place in Lake Bluff that was WAY overpriced and wouldn't even take my car for three months! My wife and mother-in-law had both brought their vehicles here and were happy with the results. Not only was Rick able to take care immediately, but he could also source the parts needed for the car quickly. “We just moved from Ohio. Before we moved I asked our dealer in Ohio for a new Key Fob and to program it. While the Ohio dealer was able to get our Key Fob, they tried for 3 hours to program it and were not successful. I moved to Gurnee and came to Classic Kia to get my Key Fob programmed. Jose estimated the work time for 30 minutes, and was done in 20.
I have had Kia’s for over 10 years. Compared to other Kia dealerships I have been to in 3 states, this one is the largest and by far the best. We will be coming here for our Kia’s service and for new deals.”
