Went for my grandson’s birthday and thee kitchen guys where great on the other hand the guys behind the counter took forever to help you and they did not have enough staff to run bar and counter. Don’t go for fast service.

It was a fun time bowling here with my family! The bowling lanes were nice and maintained. My lane had a bit of an issue where the bar would get stuck down sometimes but the staff were able to easily override it for us. The chicken bites, mini churros, and funnel cake were delicious. We also bought icee’s to drink. One of the mens bathrooms had flickering lights and no water from the sinks. The other mens bathroom was a bit dirty, but functioned properly. I can’t speak for the womens bathrooms. I dont really mind if its a bit dirty, its just a bathroom. If i ever stay in the waukegan area again, i would come back!

Was surprised how affordable it is. The lanes were okay especially if it is just a leisure play. The place is clean and we were there on an early bird so a non peak is really best to come. Employees were pleasant. Will definitely come back and will do the food as well.

This place has the friendliest staff. The venue is well organized and clean. The arcade is huge and recently upgraded.I hope the parking lot get some much needed repairs but I won’t take away any stars for that.

We did a team building "fun" evening with our technicians at work. Supervisor, Manager & Techs. Bowled, snacks & pizza for very reasonable price. Everyone had fun and no one left hungry. Couple guys shot a game or of pool. Some played in arcade room afterwards. Service was great and helpful. We'd love to do it again.

I went there for a meeting in a conference room. Everything looks clean and new. Freshly painted walls. Very nice atmosphere.

Nice place! Great looking arcade for kids and plenty of machines for adult play. The area with tables and chairs is a very comfy atmosphere

This place is old and understaffed. But it is damn cheap. They also got great new shoes, and the bowling system is updated to tablets that are a little temperamental.All in all, a decent time.

The parking lot can be very deceiving (Those pots holes! Yikes!) But once you enter, it’s a really nicely renovated space with a full on arcade, tons of food options at ridiculously low prices, bar and 40 lanes of bowling. I highly recommend. Lots of fun for the whole family. I also love the fact that they have their balls arranged by size, and they have many to choose from. The prices are very cheap compared to other places. Thanks for not nickel and diming people.

If you’re looking for a fun place to bowl, THIS IS IT! You can customize your bowling experience through the screens, the food options are great, annnnd you can use your points from Rocky’s family fun center by checking into the little kiosk at the main counter. I can’t wait to come back here again with my kids
