This is absolutely the worst branch on the planet. It is unorganized, understaffed & seemingly cater to the hispanic community. I am thankful that most of my transactions can be processed via atm or online banking because I seriously cringe whenever I have to enter this branch.

Really wish Google had a no star option. DO NOT WASTE your time coming here. They have NO knowledge of how BOA works, and 2 out 2 times I came here, I have to go to a different location.Simple BOA knowledge, wiring takes no more than 24 hours to process (business days). That’s why they charge you $35 dollars. I love how they told me it takes 2 business days. Someone should’ve trained this location about their job.

They got bunch of people doing nothing here, but only teller at peak time of the day, and people in line waiting forever. Two stars just for a teller doing her job.

The clerks are very good but the wait can be long and employees are walking around doing nothing. It seems they cater to Spanish speaking people and I always feel like an intruder. Even a big sign on the wall is in Spanish. I try to avoid going inside and just use the ATM.

I am new to Bank Of America but so far it's been great . Luis was our financial advisor at this location and he was awesome.He made sure our issue was solved and we were satisfied.

Calling because I need immediate help regarding a fraudulent bank account created in my name and I am getting nowhere with any of their machines that continue to hang up on me because- guess what? I DON'T have a BOA account!

Walked into this branch waited 20 min for a teller . 8 people walking around with IPads . Why don't you open another teller window . Who is the branch manager here terrible service . One teller for 9 people standing in line . Worst service ever . I wish I could give 0 stars

I went to open an savings account for my 2 daughters, paid the required fee and he said their debit card will be mailed within 7 working daysWithin a week my younger daughter got her debit card and my older daughter didn’t get hersI’ve been calling BoA almost everyday to try to fix this and no luckCalled Waukegan zillion times and nobody picked up the phone, worse part my daughter can’t get paid because she don’t have an bank account and this has been happening since 10/28/2022I’m from Green Bay, Wis of which is almost 3 hours away from Waukegan but still, I chose to leave all the banks nearby me and drove 3 hours to Waukegan to open my daughters savings account because, I’m a loyal customer for several years with BoA but after this incident, I’m busy looking for another bank which can cater for my needsIf someone can call Waukegan branch and speak to someone please let me know how did you get it right because, I called twice a day and nobody answered the phone

Worst location. They have one banker and the rest are just walking around with iPads asking what you need. If you're going to have just one worker, give us stools to wait. Been in line for 15 minutes. Reason for waiting in line is I have to withdraw a big amount and can't use the atm.
