Took my Kia in to have the front bumper fixed. Igor got it repaired in record time and at a reasonable price. Looks like nothing ever happened. Fantastic job!! He does other work and will be keeping him in mind.

Igor and his crew are amazing! My seat was stuck and wouldn't move forward. It has a manual transmission so I really needed it to move forward so I could depress the clutch! I got the run-around at my local car repair shop, I even got the feeling the local guy expected ME to find a replacement part as it is a 2008 Shelby Cobra Mustang and he said Ford most likely no longer makes the part. I don't know much about these things but Igor had no trouble finding the part! Then the leather panel on the passenger door came loose and that was also not an easy fix but Igor did it! I will never go anywhere else again for car issues!

I work in Waukegan but I live about an hour away from Waukegan. My car broke down one night at about 7 pm. I was scrambling to find someone to fix it or trying to determine if I should get it towed near my home, while looking on Google I saw Auto dome had great reviews and they were 5 minutes away from my job. I had my car dropped off at the shop that night. I thought the problem was the alternator but they tested it and told me it was not. After trial and error they told me my fuse box was melting on the wires and my car could have caught fire. The repair cost was very reasonable and though they had other cars to repair they fixed my car and had it back to me in about a day and half. The customer service here is superb and they will go above and beyond to ensure your car is fixed CORRECTLY! I would recommend them any and all day. This is my new car shop for all my repairs and yes I am willing to take the drive for this top notch service.

Dropped off my car yesterday and got it back in under 24 hours with an oem part replacement running better than it has in a long time. In a world where it's hard to trust anyone with your vehicle I trust the team at autodome not only in the fix but in transparency. Great guys.

I’ve been repairing my cars at AutoDome repair shop in Waukegan for many years. Recently, when I had my car at the dealer for oil change, I was told by that I urgently need to replace my rear brakes, which is typically quite expensive there. As always, I decided to get a second opinion from mechanic of my favorite repair shop. They’ve been very honest with me over the years and always did things only which were required. The same thing happened today at Autodome. After the mechanic looked at my brakes, I was told that I still have at least 30% to go. They could’ve charged me and repaired them now, but why would I spend the money now if I still have about 30% of life left in current brakes? Thank you guys at AutoDome for always being very professional, knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy.

After getting a few estimates, I decided to go with Autodome for replacements of my bumpers on my Lexus SUV. He was clear on pricing and it was a very fair price considering complete OEM bumper replacements. The shop was friendly and worked diligently in a very tight time frame to order and repair - all in less than 4 days during a busy period. They even added a new license plate mount for me at no mark up cost. Thank you to Igor and his team for getting my suv back to me in like new condition. Highly recommend!!

Igor is the only one I would take my cars too. He is very professional and trustworthy. If something doesn't need to be done, he will tell you so. But if something does need to be fixed, he will give you a great price and great service.

Loved loved loved the service I received! The owner was truly amazing. I’ve been to other places around town and always felt mistreated or they were looking to up charge everything because I’m a female but not here . Igor and his team did a tremendous job. My brake pedal was going all the way to the ground. I took it to just tires and they couldn’t fix the problem and charged me. What a joke! I took it to Igor and he drove it all the way from highland park to his shop, fixed it and charged me less than just tires. I can’t say enough about him and his integrity and helpfulness. If you have an issue bring your car here!
