This particular branch decided that even though I had my driver's license that had a photo of me on it and my husband was with me and he had his photo driver's license and he's the other person on the account I had my debit card from the account. They would not allow me to withdraw money from my account I understand the extra security. But denying someone access to their own money when they are standing there with photo identification proving who they are is the dumbest policy in the world and you're going to lose a lot of business that way

My brother and I walked into this bank today in an effort to open up a new bank account. We walked up and, “I” greeted the young lady with a “hello, I’d like to open an account”. Keep in mind, there we’re there people at the desk, one woman who just walked in (actually parked directly across from us as we parked) and they had NO CUSTOMERS…the tellers appeared bored to death. They looked at us as if we’d just asked them for something, no personality at all. She looks at the other two and responds, “we can’t open an account today because it takes 45 minutes but, we can schedule something tomorrow?” I said ok, the lady who’d just walked in with us (I’m guessing the rude manager) says something in Spanish; which the clerk responds to us stating, “We’re all booked for tomorrow t, we have something on Monday?” Of course I agreed to return on Monday but, only because I have a different plan….WILL NOT BE RETURNING on Monday. Really?!!! I have several accounts and the instructions I back with are all professional and friendly but, Waukegan was the area my brother wanted an account with. We left went over to Chase and opened a new account in less than 45 minutes and they were professional. I personally wanted my brother to bank with Pentagon Fed however he don’t meet the criteria. If I could gone this back inside Jewel a ZERO or, no stars I would! Awful experience and not I can understand why they have no customers in line. I will inform every one and YELP to stay away from this awful establishment UNTIL they develop CUSTOMER SERVICE and PEOPLE skills. They were awful…my brother walked away and asked, “why would I want to bank with them, there are tons of other banking in the area.” We’re good now and I’m sure this bank won’t last long; but they cater to one kind of customer….so, maybe they will.

Complete scumbags. Their dispute team let an online company sneak a recurring charge on me for 7 months and will not allow me to dispute. Do not use shutter stock for stock photos for business and absolutely do not use this scumbag bank!

Daisy is who I deal with at Associated. I always feel like she is taking great care of me and has the answers I need. When she doesn't know, she says so and finds out. I appreciate her attention to detail so much that I followed her from one branch to this her current branch.

Not a good feel for me. The only positive aspect was a lady by the name of Marilyn. I came to open a credit builder but up front told them of a dispute I had thru ChexSystems for an old account someplace else. They still opened my account and then the drama began. Two days I came in to sign loan documents but the manager said I was being deceptive. I asked how is that? He claimed I changed my address. I told him I didn't but he pretty much told me I was lying. Ms Marilyn did research to find out that the bank sent out mail, found out I had a temporary mail forward and changed the address on my account. Once that was fixed I was told to come back again. Now the manager calls again and brings up the chexsystems information as if they didn't already know. Manager should be replaced. Refuse to bank with them until he leaves. Racine told me to come in and don't deal with such an idiotic man!
