Joe gave a $300 estimate to tow from Waukegan to Highland Park (15 miles). Car is mobile and can/could be driven on too tow trucker. Quote significantly higher than others. Would not recommend.

Went out to start my car, it wouldn't start. I knew it was the battery. Called Abel and he came out immediately. The other companies would've taken too long. Quick and reliable and also suggested what would help. Thanks and Merry Christmas!!Services: Battery service

They were so professional and nice as soon as I called they were able to answer all my questions and get someone to help me. They had said 15-20mins but the person arrived waaaay sooner than that! He was super respectful with everything and I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle in charge with their company to drive it to it's destination! Will be contacting them in the future for emergencies. Thank you!!

Called for a tow and guy asked what kind of car I had then told me it would cost $290 cash only! Crooks! I only needed it towed 6 miles away! Told him he was taking advantage of people. Stay away from them. I ended up going with their competitor for a 1/4 of their price.

locked my keys in the car the day I needed to pick up a friend from the airport. They were by far the quickest and most responsive after calling several others. They were gentle with my car, polite and really saved me with their quick response.

Very helpful when I needed a tow. He actually was able to help me fix my vehicle. Unfortunately it happened after the tow! Courteous, professional. I think I won't use anyone else but Able.

We had a bad situation where we got stuck on the beach near Waukegan Harbor. We had a Suburban with a trailer and boat attached. We had a buddy come with his Ford to pull us out but that did not work. So we decided to call this towing company. They came within the hour saw that they actually needed a bobcat and thankfully got us out within 20 minutes! Joel was seriously great. They were patient and meticulous and knew what had to be done. Very professional.
