Guy in the parts department decided it was a good idea to try to sell me the In-corret key blank for my truck. I have a simple XL trim crank windows manual locks version truck. He then proceeded to tell me it takes a key and fob combo with remote start all in one. Which it doesn't, I have a plain black transponder ford key. Completely unprofessional and I will definitely go to a different ford dealership next time. Stay away.

Victor ford was able to fit me in last minute for an unexpected issue, got my kids and I home from the dealership, and fixed my car same day. Other ford dealerships told me I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment and could not help me with transportation

There mobile service for a warranty issue was top notch! Came at the designated time, explained the process and finished in about 20 minutes! Technician was freindly and efficient.
Even offered to change out our woper blades, but we had done that recently, so he left a pair in the vehicle for us, no charge!
Very nice experience.
