“Overall, a good experience. For the most part, Mike was great. Outside storage units overhead doors don't keep water out 100% of the time. Water does at times blow in over the top of the door and was expected. However, while moving out in May 2024, besides discovering a small hornets nest attached to one of the plastic bins in my unit, one of the particle board shelves of my metal storage racks was also water damaged from a "patched up" ceiling leak which apparently losened up on one end and was still dripping, partially ruining the shelf.

Morale of the story: Older units need more maintenance. Maybe ceiling upgrade repairs should be considered to avoid future issues with current and/or future tenants.”

“Great budget place to park your trailer / boat / RV or rent a garage type storage space. Fair pricing for outdoor storage. The owners are very friendly and professional. Needed a place last fall and found one. Payments and paper work is straight forward. 7-7 gate hours, easy in and out, wide drive ways. I went there in the dark once and the whole lot was brightly lit up by flood lights and cameras clearly visible on the posts which felt great in terms of security. No complaints whatsoever.”
