I had went to TAI GOORICH onof the hair stylist that works for this salon. There was no other place I could find on the internet to write a review about her. TAI GOODRICH said she knew how to do micro bead hair extensions. She had charged me 350 dollars to put them in ( the first time). They were not applied correctly. They ripped out sections of my natural hair from the beads not having the right application. She used different colored beads and the placement was all over my head. She then told me that she could fix them. She changed the placement and used all the same colored beads. The application was way to low on the bottom of my head and she did not apply the beads correct again. This time she did not cover the tip of the hair with the bead to secure it. On top of the applications done horribly she cut the extensions very choppy. She said she would fix it again. I did not trust to go back to her again so I asked for a refund. She then took me off social media and is ignoring my messages. Please do not get serviced by her. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Now I have to pay more to fix her careless mistakes.

Tried this place out for the first time and was super impressed! The salon is super cute, and they have allllll the colors. Dionne did an amazing job on my nails, and asked the right questions to make sure they were what I wanted. Already booked my followup appointment!

Tai was unbelievable! She went above and beyond to make sure my hair was completely fixed before a wedding this weekend. I was a new, last minute client. She did every possible thing to fix and make sure I felt back to normal before leaving the salon! When I say above and beyond, I’m not using it lightly. Thank you so much and I’m so excited to be a longtime client of yours!!

Tai is new to Polish’d and just had Color and Cut done.. Yes I would definitely recommend her!! She’s experienced and did a wonderful job!! She also has a great personality!!So please if your looking to try someone new, please give her a try..She’s great!!

I adore this place! It's clean, smells amazing, and has a ton of services and amenities. I got my hair cut and colored, and my eyebrows waxed while there and the woman (Tai) did an AMAZING job on everything. The owner of this place is also super nice and there are other services there (like nails) that I hope to go back for. I've been looking for a new regular place to call home for hair and care, and this is it.

I can't say enough good things about Polish'd. I went in to get my annual color and it felt like I was right at home. With coffee and snacks, good conversation, a warm and welcoming environment - Katelynn is the best! I promise, you can't go wrong. She will sit you down, get to know your heart, and then make the "new you" come alive. Hands down the best salon in the Lake County Area. Will 100% be back.

I have gone to Dionne for 18+ years. Recently I was in northern Wisconsin. And needed my nails done (sorry I cheated on you Dionne) but I was so grateful to get back and go back to Dionne. She takes such good care of her clients!!! Thank you Dionne!!!

Last week I've had a major surgery done, and I was not able to wash my hair since friday. Today is Tuesday and i decided to go to Polish'd nail and hair studio where I met Katelynn. She was so caring and full of energy. She created an amazing atmosphere while she was taking care of me. The blow dry was really fast and she was always really careful about my face, making sure nothing was going to touch it. I really enjoyed her company and her job. My hair was super soft and ready to go, and she was just the most friendly woman I have ever met. I am looking forward to my next blow dry with her! Thank you again for the wonderful experience!

I have been in a handful of times to have my nails done, the place is beautifully decorated and always up on new nail trends. Even when I had nails fall off, which I did on more than one occasion, I just had to call and I was scheduled and the issue fixed. I tried a pedi and it was alright not the best I have ever had but good. I think if your looking for a nail salon this one is worth trying. Tanning is also available. They offer free coffee/tea while you wait.

Fantastic addition to Wauconda. They offer so many services in an immaculate & beautiful space. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have tried many of the services here including nails, spray tanning & microblading. My eyebrows look phenomenal! Sanitation is definitely a priority which is something that I always look for in a salon.

Dionne is the best!!! I have been going to her for 10+ years. I follow her wherever she goes!!! She has done an amazing job with Polish’d. It’s such a relaxing atmosphere. I love getting my mani/pedi!!! The charcoal pedi rocks!!! Thanks Dionne!!
