It is rare for me to give a location a 5 stars ? ? ✨️ but this place exceeded expectations.First off, I had booked an appointment with another location for a bed cover for a trip out of state towards the west coast. ?When I found out that same day that the other location has not received product in a timely manner. I was frustrated ? and was overwhelming ? that I couldn't protect my belongings during my trip. I almost gave up until I had a gut feeling to check on Google one time for another location that does this type of service. And, I found Northwest Truckworld! I gave them a call ? and spoke with Mike! Boooooooooy, he was my hero that day!He allowed to squeeze last minute ⏲️ ⌚️ set up schedule with the product I needed in stock that same day just before I left out of state.I was working and allowed me as I waited for installation to work at his extra office space to finish work too! ? ??I had been feeling overwhelmed to feeling peace of mind because of Mike's help!I want to thank him and the team who installed my bed cover for the bed truck in order to have my things kept dry, safe and not fly out.I am definitely recommending my family and friends here.It was worth the drive ? to get here (I lived 30 to 40 minute away)Mike had been getting busier in the day but set aside time to show me instruction on how to use my cover bed and also warranty paperwork in case something goes wrong which was more than enough for me to thank him for his business. Such a nice fellow individual who takes care of his customers.Prices are better here than other locations. You easily save roughly $100 to $200 here compared to other locations in the area.

I needed a custom ladder rack for a new work truck and so glad to have found Mike and Kent at NW Truckworld! Super nice guys to deal with and very professional. The truck was in and out in a day. Kent is a VERY talented welder and did an impeccable job. Very impressed with his skills. Super cute, friendly and adorable guard dog on premises as well!All around excellent experience and extremely pleased with the results.

Phenomenal service. Bought a new truck before heading home to Wyoming, had a guard installed and a few other accessories. That guard saved my truck from some heavy damage after hitting a deer going 70mph. I can vouch for the installation and service at Northwest Truckworld ?
