I called over a dozen pharmacies yesterday trying to get my medication filled and everybody else was out of stock. This Jewel Osco pharmacy not only had my medication in stock, they found a better discount card and saved me an additional $25 on my prescription. I didn't ask them to, they just did it. The Pharmacist and Pharmacy Tech I dealt with yestersay evening were both amazing and their Customer Sevice was A++! I highly recommend this pharmacy.

I always feel like my business is wanted. Everyone in pharmacy ho out of their way to help me. My adult daughter recently changed from Walgreens to Wauconda Osco and said the difference is amazing. Mind you she lives closer to a Walgreens and goes the extra distance to go to Wauconda Osco!

There seems to be 4 requirements to work at this location:1- You MUST be mentally challenged2-you MUST chain smoke cigarettes behind the propane tanks3- you MUST be too stupid to read a clock and open the doors within the first 4 hours of business.4- you MUST accuse everyone of stealing and stand directly behind their shoulder while they use the self checkout (if it's even open)

We love jewel osco stores for all our shopping needs. Jewel has been the best store in our area since I was a child. Others have come and gone like Dominic's supermarkets they were here for years also but always at a higher price point just like what is out there now for good food stick with jewel for cheaper food go to walmart for more expensive go to whole foods or get really good go to a Butcher shop for even a better price and way better meat

I do my grocery shopping at a Jewel/Osco closer to my home. Although The Jewel/Osco in Wauconda appears to be an excellent place to shop, I have no first hand experience with grocery shopping at this store. I can, however, highly recommend the Wauconda Jewel/Osco pharmacy, based on the three times I received vaccinations. The pharmacy has an established appointment system for administering vaccinations in a prompt, efficient manner. Each of my three appointments were completed quickly with pharmacists who were professional, courteous, and gentle. I will trust them for any future vaccinations.

The Wauconda Osco has been absolutely great during COVID! Always helpful on the phone, and they even mailed my prescriptions when we were isolating. Can't say enough good things about these helpful, courteous, cheerful people and the great service they provide.!!

A good large home town grocery store. Recently updated. Excellent staff. Staffed or many self checkouts. The store was well stocked even during the worst part of the pandemic.

I contacted Osco Pharmacy to get the date of an immunization from 2018 . I spoke with Sam who looked up the information and faxed it to the Medical Office requesting this record.She was very helpful with handling this request.

the store doesn't carry most of the stuff I like, prices are ridiculous, and the workers there are uninspired and rude. Also, they might want to hire people (acting evening manager; name might be Doug, but no name badge) who do not have their pants fly open (or torn)

There are 4 Jewels within 10 minutes of our place and Wauconda is our favorite. It is friendly and old school. The complimentary coffee is always fresh & hot, and they have awesome cookie samples by the bakery. It doesn't at all feel like it's trying to be more like Whole Foods, and we like it that way. If you don't, you have plenty of other easy choices.

Produce is terrible. Way too expensive for the price. Store associates look unhappy and very unkept. I don't know if I'm ever going to be back here. That bad! Can't wait for Woodmans!
