“When my brother's trailer broke down near the Indiana border, the only store within 2 hours that was still open until 9pm was this Tractor Supply. He called an associate at the store and they found the leaf spring he needed. They were willing to stay a little after closing time if needed so we could make the long trip there to pick it up. We cannot express enough our appreciation for this store's associate for going the extra mile for us during an emergency!”
“The place to go when you need common annuals, bushes, or trees. Great sales after the main planting season has passed.
Also the place for Simpson Strong Tie connectors which are the thing to use in construction.
They also carry manila rope handy for lashings projects.”

“I don’t go to Home Depot a lot but all the times I’ve been to this location I’ve always had a good experience. I don’t remember names but this really nice guy helped me pick out outdoor lights and made sure I got the right ones and the younger blonde girl at self checkout is always so so so nice”

“I have been to this Menards probably a few hundred times in 5 years! I did multiple renovations and indoor, outdoor projects. I have used the pick-up service and contractor team in the back and have been in the yard many times.
I can't remember ever having a bad experience. Fortunately, my knowledge is probably levels above most of the employees, so I do not need their help as much as others.
When I need a thing-a-ma-jig, I know where to go in the store. The only thing I do not shop for is tools! For that, I go to other stores. Maybe that section has gotten better, but I do not venture into those isles. I will buy smaller bits and blades if I need them.
Clean store, friendly staff, and a food and candy section better than any other hardware store!”
