Purchased a mattress and adjustable base from Tempur-Pedic. The 3 delivery people were very rude and unprofessional. They made me sign a waiver for them to remove my old mattress (even though that was included in the white glove delivery) in case they damaged my home. Then they made me sign a waiver that if the bed breaks, it's not their fault. Seriously, are these people that incompetent? Find a new line of work, like picking cotton, but don't ever come back to my house again!!!

The most unreliable/irresponsible delivery company I've ever had the displeasure of being forced to use. I've been waiting over 2 months for them to deliver a mattress with 6 different appointment times and it still has yet to be delivered.

Fidelitone (for Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn) scheduled a delivery for a bed I have been waiting for since Sept 4th 2023 from Pottery Barn. (many reschedules) Was supposed to arrive by 5:30 last night. I called and was told they were in the area but running late. Got a message at 5:49 that the truck broke down and they would be two hours late. Of course nothing happened. This morning I was rescheduled for December 12th!!! if the bed was on the truck then why can't it be delivered this morning. These people are beyond horrible. Do not buy anything that needs to be shipped from Pottery Barn or Williams Sonoma. Or any company using Fidelitone. You will get an amazing amount of runnaround and they do not fulfill promises AT ALL!!

I have no idea why major retailers continue to use this company. I ordered from tempur pedic and was unable to schedule ANY delivery date because this company had NO slots available. Wth is going on?? I guess I can't order form tempur pedic then? The TP customer service rep said they'd have to "request they make a time" for me and she has no idea when that might be. How is it that Mattress Firm delivery would have been 2 days for the same item? And the bed I ordered from Macy's was delivered no problem on a day of my choosing 3 days after I ordered? Horrible experience all around. Both parties need to get it together.

I ordered an entire house of Arhaus furniture in the Phoenix area. "White glove" delivery from Arhaus was Fidelitone. I get better service from Amazon delivery. The delivery people refused to move a previously delivered Arhaus table to put the rug under. Never mind that previous Fidelitone delivery crew did (but alas the rug was the wrong size so refused delivery). So if you are a high end furniture company DO NOT put your reputation on the line with this poor delivery company.

I ordered several items from Pottery Barn in early August. My two couches arrived at the delivery center on August 31st and September 1st. But Fidelitone refuses to deliver my items until other items in the order arrive, (which was originally estimated for September, then October, and now November). I was told that with 30 days between item availability we could have a split delivery. Yet they have repeatedly denied my request to deliver my couches... which have been sitting at the delivery center an hour from my house for almost 8 weeks. Completely unacceptable customer service.

I order A LOT of furniture. I've never experienced a delivery company that tells you when they're going to show up and doesn't give you the option to come when, idk, someone will be home. I'll no longer be shopping for any items that require white glove delivery for my clients or myself from any Williams Sonoma brand and they can thank fidelitone.

The best delivery service I have used. I would like to appreciate the driver by the nameCesar and his helper Jose, they were very warm and respectful making sure they carry my furniture with maximum care plus they were supper early than scheduled which was very helpful on my end I will be using FIDELITONE and be sure to ask for these these two gentlemen.

Little background information, I was scheduled for a delivery for Sept 15th back on 08/23. Waited...then on Sept 14th received numerous automated calls and texts and emails stating delivery window was 9-11 on Sept 15. Me all excited, waiting. This morning I get a call stating that delivery driver had some "personal issues" and couldn't deliver my order. Was told next available delivery date was OCT 20th!! I find this highly unacceptable. It is not my fault a personal issue happened and I paid close to 7000 dollars for my Tempur Pedic bed and frame. This needs to be delivered. You guys need to find a way to get that order to me and waiting another month is completely ridiculous! I want answers. I missed a day of work expecting to be home for this delivery. This is NOT customer service!

Delivery pottery barn furniture. FIDELITONE has rescheduled my delivery 7 times so far. I wonder if I will ever receive my furniture. I have also contacted pottery barn twice. It has been 12 weeks since it arrived in their warehouse.

can I give a zero?? Fidelitone is the ABSOLUTE WORST delivery company I have ever experienced. My Pottery Barn table has been in my city for more than 16 days and these people can't seem to figure out how to bring it to me. They "attempted delivery" twice but thought it was a good idea not to call and say they were at my building or to use the call box with my name on it. They just drove off with my table and put it back in storage for 10 days. then they did THE SAME thing again! Oh, and neither time did they tell me they were coming that day - and I was actually home both times if they would have picked up the phone!! I'm not sure what I'm going to have to do to get it off the truck next time they try. Maybe camp out on the sidewalk and chase down every truck that drives by?? UNPARALLELED INCOMPETENCE.

TERRIBLE customer service. Given a two-week delivery window. Impossible to find more specific details about date/time of delivery. On the last date of the delivery window, the delivery driver encountered a locked entrance to my apartment and instead of using the call box to ring me, just left with my packages. I was promised it would be delivered 3 days later. It wasn't. I called and was told it would be escalated for delivery the next day. It wasn't. The customer service rep was rude. Wondering how many more times they can prove to me that they do not deserve another customer.

This delivery was a nightmare. Not only did the delivery drivers manage to make dents, scrapes, and holes in every wall they encountered, but they severely damaged my couch from Arhaus. They even gave me a cracked light switch plate. The couch was expensive, and they unwrapped it from the protective packaging and shoved it into walls and stairs instead of saying they couldn’t get it up the stairs. They repeatedly dropped it and slammed it into the metal stairs. The walls were painted in the last 6 months, so each and every damage is from them. I’ve sent emails and left a voicemail for claims administrators but have not heard back in over 24 hours. I now have hundreds of dollars of damage in my building’s stairwell and entryway, as well as a couch that is in terrible shape with dents, severe scratches, chips, and broken staples. The worst part is that this company will come again to remove my defective couch—I’ve already asked for a full refund because I do not want to go through such a stressful experience again. I will not order anything from any company who uses Fidelitone for their delivery. I am absolutely livid and horrified by this experience.
