I have been in the retail automotive business over 27 years 12 of which were as a "used car buyer" . It was my job to detect prior paint and body work. This is the first body shop I have used that did the job so perfect that I couldn't tell it had been touched. Metallic paint matched perfect and they took the time to remove all the glass and trim so there where no tape lines. Pricing was very reasonable. Preserve the value of your vehicle and take it here!

Fantastic. To the point, did everything as they said, and they were very reassuring to me because the pandemic has a massive back-up with replacement parts availability. In fact, my car has a leak and we are bringing it back to them to fix. Highly recommend! The staff is very nice as well.

Overall, I'd say I had a good experience & was very very happy with the body work for my car--it came back brand new, and waxed and washed and vacuumed--however, I also have had an issue with customer service, in terms of being told 3-4 times I would get a call back, & never did. The price was a bit more than the first place I got quoted for a 4 part bumper repair, which was $925 versus about $1,400. Given the demand for car parts, I would say I managed to get my car back pretty fast, so I am very happy about that. Overall, I'd go here for small detail work in the future

Did a great job and when they found hidden damage called right away to discuss( we knew due to the damage until was on a lift all damage couldn't be seen) the got the car done on time and I was impressed they washed the car dressed the tires and cleaned inside. Also they follow covid protocol seriously. Would highly recommend and I am super picky ...

The team at collision technique is top notch. I've never has such great service at an autobody repair shop. John was great to work with and I could tell immediately that he was up front and honest. He handled everything with my insurance company to make sure I was able to get reimbursed for everything that he found wrong with my car. John stayed in constant communication with me regarding my car at all times. John and his team provided the best customer service you could ever ask for. My car looks amazing and I couldn't be happier. Thanks for the great service and taking car of my car.

I was extremely impressed by the courteous and friendly attitude of Harry at Collision Technique Center. 383 Hollow Hill Dr, Wauconda, IL. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. A comforting person with lots of patience is rare to be found and I greatly appreciate his help with all my concerns. Harry did an amazing job on my car., you can't tell that I was even hit. Everyone there went above and beyond to help and explain the process. My car was ready before the completion date. Thank you, Harry.

It's difficult finding a tradesman business that is honest and professional. Motorwerks recommends this shop and has a salesman that previously worked at Motorwerks. I should have known better and moved on...never stop living and learning. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience from start to finish.
