I've had 2 separate issues where my vehicle was hit, I brought my car to Castens the first time sheerly due to proximity. The experience was so good, I will never have work done anywhere else when needed. Congenial staff, communicate well, and did a wonderful job both times!

I brought my Taurus there and was very impressed with the job. The work was done very professionally and was a quality job. My wife had to drop the car off and pick it up and she said that Bill was very helpful and friendly. My car was returned cleaner than it was when it arrived. I highly recommend Casten.

Went in for an estimate and was struggling with insurance! Bill was so patient and kind. Very helpful with his communication and how to get started. Estimate prices were great (cheaper than the dealership), and service/repair time was quick! I definitely would take my car here again and recommend Castens to others
