The old guy who works nights is the only person in this county who has ever made me take my ID out of my wallet to "confirm it's real" and the way he tells you to do it makes you feel like an idiot and a criminal. If I see him working the register I will drive the extra 10 minutes to Thornton's. I've been a regular here for years and have never been condescendingly talked to like this guy does to customers.

I work at UPS and often stop at this BP Amaco for their hot dog display. I find the staff extremely friendly and the food is tasty and quick.This morning I had an issue with my vehicle and very badly needed help. The morning manager who is very pleasant and accommodating helped me locate my transmission dip stick and even assisted me in filling it. Bless him.

Do not give them business, their carwash isn't working and there are no posted signs saying so AND they refuse to give a refund for a purchased carwash that is unavailable to get.

While passing thru town I decided to stop at this BP gas station for some coffee. They have the newer machines where you can grind and brew your own coffee so it is always fresh. The store is very clean and organized and the team were very friendly. Gas prices are relatively higher than some of the stores in the area.

I would like to know why a. How come you don’t take non-chipped cards? B. I spend 3 dollars at your atm for the guy to tell me he can’t do cash? While still open. You need some employees that are not lazy.

Cassidy in the wauconda location was extremely rude. After I showed my id to her other employee, she decided to give me attitude after i told her i already showed it and then proceeded to call me names as im leaving the store. I will be calling corporate to report this rude person. This is extremely uncalled for and should be immediate termination.

Cheapest Gas in Wauconda and right Inn the place you need it. The man at the register is always super enthusiastic and makes even the tourist feel like BP Wauconda regulars.
