In the middle of a long road trip my poor car was the dirtiest it's ever been inside and out. I was given a $20 off coupon for a wash and carnauba wax at Wauconda Car Wash so I brought it in. They did an amazing job with it -- the guys doing the wax job didn't rush through it and worked as if it was their own car they were waxing. My car looks showroom clean and it feels sooo much better to be driving a clean car again!

Two brushes didn't even turn along with the "underbody sprayers" weren't functioning either. I bought the top tier wash and I didn't get tire shine nor did they wipe the wheels down. Pretty disappointed overall.

I have been coming to this car wash for around 6-7years. They are the closest to my house but I'm starting to think perhaps I should be looking elsewhere. Being being truthful I've been simply going to them just out of laziness but after today I realize I need to start looking. As I think I've said in previous reviews I am very big and customer service upon pulling up the young lady at the front simply showed me a sign did not greet me nor did she explain the options that I had to choose from. Upon pulling my vehicle into the wash the young lady knocked on my window and asked me if she could see the receipt at which time I showed her yet she continued to use the power washer as my window is open spraying me in the face and into my car. She was apologetic however was not wearing a mask when she came around to talk to me. If this wasn't bad enough after getting the car wash I went to examine the vehicle only to find that many parts of the truck still had dirt on it and it was clearly not properly cleaned. The photos attached show the vehicle directly after coming out of the wash I strongly would advise going elsewhere and taking the extra mile or two to find a place that is more prideful in their work.

Great experience with both car washes and full detailing. They do a top notch job and good customer service.
