Overall, a good experience. For the most part, Mike was great. Outside storage units overhead doors don't keep water out 100% of the time. Water does at times blow in over the top of the door and was expected. However, while moving out in May 2024, besides discovering a small hornets nest attached to one of the plastic bins in my unit, one of the particle board shelves of my metal storage racks was also water damaged from a "patched up" ceiling leak which apparently losened up on one end and was still dripping, partially ruining the shelf.
Morale of the story: Older units need more maintenance. Maybe ceiling upgrade repairs should be considered to avoid future issues with current and/or future tenants.

Apple self storage was the best choice we could have made! We needed a last minute storage and they helped us every step of the way. We rented a lock from them, and they helped us get the lock off when we lost the keys! They are so sweet and efficient and open about pricing. They remembered little details we spoke about from a year prior! Definitely couldn’t be happier and recommend using them!

We stored our 30ft Airstream here, and the facility has excellent security and is exceptionally maintained, and the customer service is superb. If you are looking for a place to store your RV, this is the place to check out.

Storage itself is good, we stored here for about a year and a half with no complications. Some things were moist but as expected since it is not climate controlled. We rented a uhaul today in order to clear out the storage unit and asked the owner if we could leave the uhaul for 2 nights before we embark on our trip to Arizona. He gave us a spot and asked if we're experienced in parking (backing in) uhauls, we said yes since we have parked hitched items backwards before. The spot was tight (along a fence) so we made sure to take it slow and to have one of us watching to make sure everything goes smoothly. I ran in and told him we were struggling a bit just to see if we could get a different spot. He murmured something about how someone could help in an hour so we just continued to take it slow. Once it was parked, the owner came out and yelled that it's a good thing we didn't hit his fence otherwise he'd keep our truck. We responded with the same attitude he gave us, "well it's a good thing that didn't happen." He said to get off his property. Parking a huge, heavy uhaul does take a minute or two so why he acted out so irrationally did not make any sense to us. If he didn't want the uhaul parked there in the first place he should have just told us, we easily found a spot to park it across the street in a different lot owned by someone else. As we were leaving he continued to wave his hand dramatically for us to get out. Immature and a bit condescending. Too bad but oh well! We won't let it ruin our day :)

Easy-in and easy-out. No-hassle all the way around. 24 hour in and out is what I needed. Had my motor coach parked here over the summer while fixing up it's new home base. Michael is great, the whole experience was amazing!

Simply the Best ! Been renting for years with Apple Storage.Owners are wonderful and kind to deal with.No worries or concerns because they are high security. Last thing we all need during these unprecedented times with Covid-19 is to worry about our storage locker filled with our personal belongings.I highly recommend Apple to my friends and family.Safe..secure..and great location!Look no further!Lock it up and chill...!
