My husband was w another insurance company since he was 16, he’s now 31. Our then insurance skyrocketed for no reason and we were just told that we couldn’t get it any cheaper, and that was the cheapest, & everywhere has went up, also they were supposed to be a broker I believe. I talked him into letting me try & get other quotes. I made a fb post & multiple ppl referred Elizabeth Bova. She not only saved me $200 A MONTH with multiple vehicles and house insurance but I also have better coverage!! I’m not going to lie I was very skeptical…but as it turned out it was completely true. I had been with Allstate in the past and loved them. When you read through reviews, please keep in mind all circumstances vary. I’m telling you in my experience this has been an AMAZING company to have and I feel 100% at peace knowing they have my back . Recently we had our window busted & car broken into in STL (I know shocker) & Elizabeth assured me everything would be ok and it was! No issues at all! Just call her & let her get you a quote. She is very honest and will help you get your best price. Thank you!!!!

I've been with Allstate for a while and haven't had any issues. The people I've worked with are absolutely amazing. Even with switching agencies to be closer to my home. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants better coverage for yourself. Customer service has been phenomenal

I pay an astronomical amount of money each month for car insurance. I was hit by another driver who ran a red light. Dealing with an accident in itself was stressful. Getting the run around from Peter Pace and his office staff topped the cake. They are extremely unprofessional, you get the runaround, excuses and if you are lucky to get a returned phone call it is not in a timely manner. Peter himself misled me, yelled and over talked on a phone call that was witnessed and recorded. He demanded to know who in his office told me he was visiting his daughter at college. He screamed for me to give him a name and threatened to fire them immediately. He would not answer my question regarding my accident, got frustrated and said he would kill my claim. I attempted to reach him via email but he does not respond. I called months ago about my rates increasing and he never returned my call. His staff told me he was on vacation at that time. His staff never knows when he’s working or how to reach him. They all work from home but the lack of communication is unsettling and frustrating for people like me dealing with the stress of an accident and trying to get Peter to return a phone call. His tantrums and moments of berating and screaming are unprofessional and uncalled for. Imagine paying someone to not help you when you actually need their help. A written apology and discount would help rectify the disrespect and abuse I’ve endured.

After having Allstate for awhile rates have gotten way to high so I switched to StateFarm. That said I've been trying for two week to get Stobie Pace to call me back or answer their phone with no success. Maybe this review will get their attention to return my VM's....

Pete Pace not only matched the cost of my old insurance but my coverage was twice as good. Without increasing my costs I was able to obtain platinum coverage. He also has has some great life / investment plans that are phenomenal.
