Nicolas was EXTREMELY helpful, patient with me and polite. The other employees I met their were as well.I had a bad experience at other nearby auto parts store near by.So it was a breath of fresh air dealing with him. He even came out in the rain and helped me pin point the issue with my car. O'Reilly in waterloo has gained a loyal customer for life.Thanks for all the help and professionalism.
