couldn't even get an appointment in. called once and was told that in order to make an appointment as a new patient I had to be redirected to a different line of theirs at a certain time and was told I'd be called back the next day. waited, no call. called on my own time a SECOND time and was told if they hadn't contacted me already, they'd contact me the next day.... again. guess what? i still hadn't been called back. if I need therapy it should be enough that I'm doing the work myself to try and reach out. I shouldn't have to beg for assistance when I'm already on my knees. it's been months since then and I forgot to leave a review but I'd gladly advise anyone seeking help as an outsider to look elsewhere.

Very unprofessional. So my daughter attends counseling services here. My wife and I are trying to pay the account with a Health Savings Account. My wife is the account holder on the card. She was informed that they will only accept payment from myself or my ex wife. We were called names (agressive) to be exact. First let me ask what is aggressive about asking for dates of service as our family deductible was met for the year in January 2019. We just wanted to make sure we weren't getting billed when there should be no out of pocket expenses. Secondly what is aggressive about asking for a receipt when payment is provided ? Isn't that a normal practice of any business to provide reciept upon payment ? Lastly the billing department head Melissa told me to call in with my wife's Hsa card ( which again she is the account holder ) to make payment. That is clearly not ok that they would accept payment from a non account holders card over the phone. I believe that there may be laws against that. This place is a joke. Was told they are just trying to help. Well please show me how!!
