Got htc a month ago and has been mostly useless. Barley getting enough connection for 1 tv! Wi-Fi off and on searches while connected to phone or laptop. Router has randomly shut off and stayed off for over 10 mins and then restarts itself. Very unhappy new customer

Started off rocky but they are working with me now.Update:HorribleNo compassionService cuts outCan't access my account with the info they gave me because they can't use my email, they have to set up a new email that I also can't access.

They have been an above and beyond provider for years. My neighbors old equipment return was even credited.
