Store is a mess, digital coupons never work properly, employee was sitting down doing crochet while customers had to use self check out.

Unable to walk down most aisles because the stock is sitting on racks and poor staffing. One checker and eight people in line. People were walking in then out.

General Manager here is an extremely caring person! One employee has an attitude problem and they are behind on getting product out.. But only because they get paid the minimum and DG is always short staffed.. Good store though!!

This place is always an unorganized mess. The aisle are so full of product that needs to be put on the shelves that you cannot walk down them to shop. There clearance is never marked properly, items are always out of stock.

My husband went to dollar general in Waterloo Illinois today and was yelled at by an employee named Jessica for trying to reach a toy in the very top shelf. There were other employees there too. Nobody offered to help my husband. In fact, after Jessica yelled at him, the other employees were nowhere to be found. So my husband left. You can't even get down the isles in that store without putting yourself in danger, so I'm failing to see why my husband reaching to a top shelf is a problem.
