Went to the “request info” section of their website to see if they could meet my specific needs. Tell them the make and model (Honda), say the issues that I’m having with it and what I’m hoping to get done if possible. The response: “Yeah we work on Honda mowers.” Thought it was odd that none of my issues were addressed, but surely they know what they’re doing. So I borrow a vehicle to take it in (as mine won’t fit my mower), load it up, take it in, only to be told that they don’t service Honda mowers. I wouldn’t have wasted my time bringing it in if they had just said that in the initial response.

Bought belt for my back up mower and after 2/3 times mowing with it the brand new belt broke...junk expensive part and would be better buying generic parts for much less...not happy ?

Lots and lots of stuff! I picked up a blade and some other parts for my Stihl weed whacker on a Saturday. They had what I needed, asked and answered the right questions, and were polite, professional and knowledgeable. Good people!
