The two men in this post office are jerks they talk down to you they don’t listen to what you say. They can’t explain how to fix the situation like my mail isn’t getting delivered to where I’m sending it. This is the worst post office I’ve ever had experience with they should be investigated.

Sadly, no one can be bothered to be welcoming, or explain things kindly when it comes to shipping items or holding mail. I use the online features most of the time because unfortunately every time I go here it’s been negative. The East Peoria location is better stocked and has friendly workers.

Absolutley Worthless, Payed to have my Passport done here, they Did not read Oath or have me sign oath and now i will be missing my terminal Fathers last vacation with him. No excuses
