I purchased an interior and exterior detailing package and thought they would do a better job for $225 but I was wrong. The exterior was mediocre but the interior looked like the forgot to clean it. Very disappointed

Always clean and in working order. I went to JH, and tried three different bays. The card readers would not work on three different bays. Then the change machines wouldn't take bills to get quarters...

**Edit**** Management contacted me and said this issue was fixed. I look forward to stopping in and try out the fixed wash! Thanks for your help!Used the city wash, and it did not wash the drivers side of the car. The cloth did not go on the hood of the drivers side, and my car looked rediculous with one side clean and the other hardly touched. Until this is fixed, I do not recommend this wash.
