I catered a wedding for my first time here and is one of my favorite catered events I've ever done. It's beautiful out there and the wine is outstanding!!! My friend had an event here. They did not treat them professionally, nor politely and also spoke rudely about them to me directly. I was rushed to close my tab and we just sat down after three hours of our event and were told to leave because "this is a private party." Overlapping booking, double/triple booking a space is never a good thing. I will not be going back, nor supporting this business again.
see below owner request for edit>>>edit: I chose too leave out the other details, but because you say my review is "inaccurate," let me emphasize that the first interaction I had with the owner, she told me how difficult---less than polite wording, it had been to work with Matt, -- That is rude, as she doesn't even know who I am in relation to the co. I just walked up to ask where in the room I'm setting up. I have been working with Matt for years on events and he is pretty clear and communicative, in fact precise. Months advance were given about this booking. Secondly, he booked the back room and upon arrival was told there would be another party in there with him. I was told I could just sing to their other guests that would be in there. NOT HAPPENING. So we went outside in high winds, sheet music flying, to sing with my band to his guests on the patio vs the back room until they finally told us there was no party in there. Two set ups for heavy gear-- for literally just two sets. We finished at 5:15 and maybe at 5:45 I sat down to finish the wine I purchased while playing.
I kindly decline your request to remove my review. I usually leave great reviews, as my history shows. Unacceptable business behavior to paying customers. I had friends go and they were shocked of the massively empty room "Supposedly booked for a party" on top of the event we were having. Additionally, when performers are in a venue, its pretty normal that the gear moving and tab paying is done as quickly as possible. Originally the party host was told if people didn't leave they could get more drinks in the tasting room anyway. You didn't seem to mind that his guests were buying wine from your winery. I won't be returning to this venue for any reason possible in the near future.

Joined an event featuring The Presidents Cigars. Was excited to scope out their featured items. Didn’t stay long because of the unprofessionalism we witnessed of staff. I hope you never talk to your own family the way you treated the band and event hosts. Thought about returning to give a second shot at venue but decided it just shouldn’t have happened. Felt like they booked a few events at the same time. Read the review by the artist below and couldn’t agree more. Didn’t seem the response was genuine either. Even if you felt the review was wrong, that was delusional of you to think that. Reviews are based on someone’s experience not what you believe them to have been. Good luck.
