“I had one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time at East Peoria Tire & Vulcanizing. I hit a curb and popped my tire last Friday night. I had planned to leave for a short trip to Rockford by 9:00 am Saturday. I went a different tire place first and they didn’t have the size tire I needed. I then called E.P. Tire to see if they had the tire I needed in stock and unfortunately they didn’t have one in stock either. But the man I speaking to said he would go check their used tires to see if he could find one. He found the exact same tire I needed and it was in good shape. They got me right in and I was on my way to Rockford in no time! As I waited for my car I watched as every client that came through the door was greeting immediately and their needs were addressed with friendly, professional and prompt service. E.P. Tire has won me over and I will be back next spring for a full set of tires.”

The issue with the boat was not obvious at first glance, which always seems to be the case. Mason ran through all the possibilities and kept me updated as to his progress. He expertly identified the issue and had the repairs completed in a day, returning the boat in better condition than I had left it. I actually called Mason and asked that he clean the bilge while the engine was out and he said he already did it. Very Impressed with this shop and its staff.”
