CVS in Washington is highly appreciated for its helpful and friendly staff. Many customers have praised the team, including Azra, Katie, Michelle, Mark, and especially Lisa, for providing excellent customer service and assistance with prescriptions and insurance issues. The staff are described as kind, courteous, and willing to go out of their way to help. Although some customers have not used the pharmacy often, they have generally had positive experiences and found the employees to be helpful and good at recommending products. Overall, this CVS location is known for its attentive and caring staff who aim to provide a positive experience.

I was having a major issue with insurance for a medication that I must have for a neurological order. Lisa in the pharmacy was absolutly amazing. She was kind, courteous, and helpful. Thank you Lisa!
