The waiting lounge is always clean with seating appropriately spaced for social distancing. If for any reason the servicing is taking longer than anticipated, a member of the service team keeps me advised of the progress. “First off I want to thank the person who did a balance on my tire AND found a nail in it…wasn’t even aware I had one. The guy who did it had red hair and he was the only guy working which my husband and I felt so bad for him. He was working on my car and another while helping two other people out. This guy deserves a raise and this was on April 22,2025 around 4:00/4:30. He was amazing! You could tell he was exhausted working by himself. Definitely recommend him.”
