I am very upset because twice I have taken cards to this post office to have weighed and proper postage applied. Both times only one of the cards reached its destination. When I mail cards from the boxes outside of the post office in Saint Charles just North of the Harley Dealer and Costco all the cards reach their destination. I cannot say for certain that it is something amiss at this post office but I do know that something about this scenario is fishy. I am not using that office any more.

I own a local business in Wasco. The current staff choose to send my orders back to sender causing great cost and disruption to my business. We have tried to generate understanding and help them be good neighbors, help support the community, all to no avail. Very unhappy, unsupportive staff.

This office's staff is a joke. Drove all the way out there and ended up arriving at 3:32pm to try and make it for the passport time that ends at 3:30pm. Waited 12 minutes before anyone came to the desk. The lady came and refused to help me. After I told her how long I'd been waiting, she persisted to lie about coming out and checking for anyone at 3:35pm. Overall awful service

What a great post office with small hometown feel. Jackie and Ken are so nice. Rarely a long line unless we all decide to go at the same time. But even if there's a line I don't mind because they have all of the other post offices in the area beat in customer service. And I'm pretty sure they offer all of the same services as the big ones, just with a smile. service

Disappointed, I walked in at 10:59 and I guess they close from 11-1. The lady told me they couldn't process my passport application because it would take 15 min and to come back after 1.
