Several Candy had a coupon that said buy 2 get one free, I asked the cashier if I could mix match which candy and he said he wasn’t sure if it would work so he tested it and it did work so he let me know he would give me the other one for free. I wouldn’t have bought any candy at all other wise. Once I paid he changed his mind and said he won’t give me the free candy that the coupon was offering. I only got candy because I thought I would get a free one. I wouldn’t have bought any candy if I wasn’t going to get the free one. I wanted a refund but there was a big line and we already were taking longer than usual so I left. Cashier had a horrible demeanor and straight up lied to me. I checked my receipt and it says I should’ve been given a free candy so I also feel like I was stolen from by this cashier. He was a bigger Hispanic man with a grey shirt and no name tag which is unprofessional and had medium black hair covering his eyes. Horrible customer service I would’ve just put the candy back if I the coupon didn’t work but he said he would hook me up with the free one anyways. Ruined my day.

So here we go 2023 liberal lunacy. This location has no interest in hiring someone that ACTUALLY knows how to do their job. Nope, they hire the Palestinian girl, the trans guy, the Latino that barely speaks English and anyone else based solely on their appearance and pays no mind to their actual ability to do their job. Seems like most of the people they hire are hired for the purpose of making the location appear "diverse" or "equitable" and I doubt any of these new hires have ever worked in a pharmacy before. The staff cannot answer basic questions and have screwed up our families RX's so bad in the last six months that we are no longer going here. Pro Tip: Hire someone that actually is qualified to work in a pharmacy and if they end up being white, black, gay, Latino or come to work dressed like a Labrador; GREAT! As long as they know what they are doing!

This location is absolutely worse. They don’t care about the big line of cars waiting to get their prescriptions. Walgreens pharmacy has absolutely hijacked their customers.

OMG! One of the worst Walgreens I've ever been to! The pharmacy manager is particularly rude. I was attempting to show my gratitude and appreciation for one of their employees. I was trying to drop off my homemade cookies. The manager was so rude and abrupt! I tried to explain that I only wanted to know what time she was off so I could drop off the cookies and I wouldn't miss her. While I understand wanting to keep someone's hours private I was only trying to reward a job well done but was brutally rebuffed. That I'd why I no longer patronize this particular Walgreens and whole others left so many negative comments and reviews about this horrible Walgreens. OMG! These people do not have any clue what they are doing!!! Stupid beyond any comprehension. Hang up on you. Leave you on hold endlessly without any apologies and then act as if nothing happened!!! Their staff is equally awful and leave you on hold when making any inquiries as to product information or any other information that you might have. They're completely worthless and the pharmacy manager was rude and abrupt! So if you're considering going to this location allow me to make a suggestion. Run like your the last two monkeys boarding Noah's Ark and it's starting to rain! You've been warned folks! Enter at your own risk!!

Worst Walgreens I have ever used. Pharmacy always hangs up after having made you wait 15+ minutes. Called to have prescription refilled on Wednesday for Monday pickup and after my pickup time I get a message saying the prescription is delayed and won’t be in until Tuesday. They couldn’t have let me know beforehand? It’s a time sensitive prescription and now I have to frantically call around to see who has it. Completely completely unacceptable. Recommend literally anywhere else but here.

The person helping me was rude then told me she was mad because the shift last night left them over 100 perceptions to fill and I need to wait so they can catch up.

Never called to let me know that my prescription was ready for pickup. They decided to give it away to someone else before I could pick it up and are saying it'll be 48hrs before they can fill it.
