Apparently reviews to the host don't have value. The Jessika lady informed of the poor directions & information 4 months ago & nothing has changed!? What good is showing a picture of a brick building with pallets in front of it? That certainly doesn't depict anything UPS. It depicts nothing, not ACE, Advance, nothing. If the drop off point is Advance Auto then depict that in the map. The other establishments: Tom's Market & the Thai eatery are well shown. The right thing to do would be to show the Advance Auto, formerly Carquest & have the UPS dot center of that. Then, in the directions it should st8 similar that UPS is in Advance Auto. The same mess up is for UPS @ the Walgreens in Warrenville on County Farm Rd/Warrenville Rd. When another business is within a brick & morter business th@ needs to be indic8d. Example: Advance Auto/UPS, Walgreens/UPS, etc. Specific & exact communication is essential to providing quality service. This isn't quality service, especially when this feedback isn't upd8d as expressed. It seems only if the reviews are read will the exact information be known. Fortun8ly, a UPS truck was stopped & I handed my delivery to the driver. Glad I don't rely on this tech stuff regularly.
