Workers extremely rude to me when I bought some Pokémon cards that were empty. I talked to costumer service MINUTES after paying and opening the empty pack and they were extremely rude to me when telling me there was nothing they could do. All they had to do was help me and nicely tell me there wasn’t anything they could do but they were extremely rude and acted like they didn’t care about my issue when I just had basically lost money due to their faults or bring stolen from. Or just give me a new damn pack when I asked for one. It isn’t my fault they’re store gets stolen from by other people yet somehow I am the one losing money and cards.

I had a very highly disappointing experience at Target when purchasing an iPhone, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. During my visit, I was given incorrect information about the iPhone’s features and capabilities. Trusting the staff’s expertise, I went ahead with the purchase, only to discover later that the information provided was completely inaccurate.
To make matters worse, I encountered issues with unlocking the iPhone. When I reached out to Target for assistance, I was met with indifference and a lack of support. The staff seemed uninterested in helping resolve the problem, leaving me feeling completely abandoned and cheated.
As a loyal customer, I expected better service and accurate information from a reputed store like Target. This experience has left a sour taste, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and assistance provided. I hope Target improves its customer service and ensures that their staff is better informed to prevent such frustrating experiences for others in the future.

Went here at 7:45 pm, the store closes at 10, and yet both the fitting room areas are fully closed. Why? It wouldn't possibly be so they don't have to pay for the labor of maintaining a dressing room, riiiiight? Definitely not for the same reason they have been understaffing every target for a while, riiiiiiiiiiight?

This bottom portion of this review was written awhile ago..
However, just yesterday I was told they know about this , it's the norm.
For business since when is not answering your phone a good business practice?
I tried again this morning to no avail.
PLEASE START ANSWERING YOUR PHONE.
My rating is related to not answering early morning, and at not peak hours thinking surely they can and will answer as is appropriate.
The people, the store, cleanliness, inventory is all very good.
Why ruin feedback about your store with not being accessible?
I have tried for two weeks to call in regarding an issue.
Customer Service early AM seems to NOT answer the phone.
Not good customer service.
Perhaps they have a glitch that for TWO weeks they are not aware of.

Great store I would like them to give its loyal customers more line of credit after 2 years. There customer service is great in the store but over the phone 2 thumbs down.

Was asked to check my receipt at express checkout because the attendant did not believe I scanned my swimsuits. I was asked if the items were scanned before and after requesting alarm tag removal, to which the answer was yes. The attendant asked to see my receipt which I gladly showed her, containing the two scanned items, of course. The attendants argument was that the cameras catch everything…did they not catch me scanning them the first time? The reason I am upset is that I was checking out with a coworker who also bought a suit with alarm tags but she was never questioned. Target, do better. I’m holding you accountable this is unacceptable.
